How long does shipping take?
While we strive to ship your order within 4-6 business days, please be aware that during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays. After 10 business days, contact us so we can inform you on any disruptions of your order status.
Due to shipping being handled by a third party and is thus not in our control, their disruptions have effect on our shipping times.
Customers outside the EU should take into account potential extended transit times due to customs. Contact us after 14 working days.
How can you return items?
In order to return any items, please ensure that you do so within 7 days of receiving your order.* Contact us through email (info@shopcheries.com) within a few days of receiving your order so we can give you further information on the process.
Once the returned items have been received and checked by us, we will initiate a refund for you. If the item shows signs of wear, we will not be able to offer you a refund.
Rules may apply (for example regarding limited edition items etc.) and shipping costs* aren’t included. For all rules and guidelines get in touch with us!
*Return costs are around 3.70 (5.40 for bigger orders), and are 9.60 outside of the NL. By placing your order you accept these terms. This amount will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

We ship to Europe* and the United States.

How much does track and trace shipping cost?
Within Europe we offer free shipping after spending an amount of at least €50. Below that our European shipping costs are €2,50.
For the United States and Canada shipping varies between 4,95 and 12,45 depending on the weight of your order.
We ship from a warehouse in the Netherlands. All Orders are shipped with track and trace.
I think my parcel is lost, what can I do?
When you suspect your parcel is lost or anything goes wrong during the shipment process, contact us via info@shopcheries.com for further assistence. We will see how far we can assist you, but remember there are certain issues that are out of our control.
How do I care for my clothes?
Our clothes are endurable quality (80% cotton or 100% organic cotton) and have gone through various quality checks. However to ensure your products will continue to be in a good state we recommend the following:
- Wash on 30 degrees max.
- Wash inside out.
- Avoid a dryer; air dry instead.
What is the difference between classic tees and baby tees? What about the sizes?
Our classic tees have regular unisex sizing, we recommend ordering your regular size for the classic items. The baby tees have kids sizes, this is the way it’s supposed to be to achieve the perfect fit. When in doubt we recommend ordering a size bigger than your regular size. The largest baby tee size (L) is similar to a size in between an XXS and XS regular tee.
